Yakama Nation Fisheries is seeking proposals from vegetation maintenance companies to award an indefinite demand / indefinite quantity vegetation maintenance contract in support of salmon habitat restoration activities taking place in the Methow Subbasin.

Davis Bacon Wages apply to this contract. The winning contractor will adhere to the Davis Bacon rules and comply and submit all necessary paperwork to the Yakama Nation.
Application of herbicides will be coordinated with the Bonneville Power Administration through the HIP III Section 7 Consultation Process. Contractors will demonstrate adequate licensing to apply herbicides and report herbicide use to the Bonneville Power Administration using HIP III protocols.
The Yakama Nation is exempt from state taxes on this project. The winning contractor will receive signed copies of a Treaty Fishery Exempt Cover Letter and Treaty Fishery Exempt Certificate for their records.
