RFB-Facility Storage Upgrade Project

The Yakama Nation's Upper Columbia Production Project is requesting bids for construction of multiple storage buildings in the spring/summer of 2023. The project will involve all work elements and specifications found in the Project Plans attached to this Request for Bids announcement below.

Please note that bids will be due in Toppenish by Close of Business, Friday, January 6, 2023, in hardcopy form. Due to COVID-19 pandemic impacts only hardcopy proposals submitted via certified mail through the Unites States Post Office to the Yakama Nation Fisheries Post Office Box will be accepted. Due to pandemic related submittal constraints, we strongly encourage all contractors submitting bids to get their hardcopy packages in the mail by December 30, 2022 to ensure timely delivery to our Post Office Box by January 6th, 2023. It is also recommended that you email Tana Hoptowit (hopt@yakamafish-nsn.gov) AND Carol Sue Speedis (carolsue@yakama.com) a digital copy of the bid you have submitted as well as a copy of your certified mail certificate for proof of submission.
Additional Information:
- Davis Bacon Wages Apply to this contract. The winning contractor will adhere to the Davis Bacon rules and comply and submit all necessary paperwork to the Yakama Nation.
- The Yakama Nation is exempt from state taxes on this project. Please see the attached Treaty Fishery Exempt Cover Letter and Treaty Fishery Exempt Certificate. The winning contractor will receive signed copies for their records.
