RFP for Upper Wenatchee USASFLA Appraisal

Yakama Nation Fisheries is seeking proposals from certified general appraisers in the State of Washington to perform an appraisal of vacant land near Lake Wenatchee in Chelan County, Washington, using Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Acquisitions (USASFLA).    Based upon the proposals received under this solicitation the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation will award an appraisal services contract to the best quality bidder for the Scope of Work described within this RFP.

Please note that bids will be due in Toppenish by Close of Business Thursday January 12, 2023 in hardcopy form.  Currently only hardcopy proposals submitted through the Unites States Post Office to the Yakama Nation Fisheries Post Office Box will be accepted.  Bids should be mailed to:

We strongly encourage all companies submitting bids to get their hardcopy packages in the mail by January 6, 2023 to ensure timely delivery to our Post Office Box by January 12, 2023.  Additional bid sumbittal directions are provided in the RFP packet that can be downloaded at the bottom of this webpage.
