Announcement
The Fish & Wildlife Committee hereby authorize a commercial setline fishery for white sturgeon. The Dalles and John Day Pools from 6am Thursday January 8 to 6pm January 17, 2026 and in the Bonneville Pool from 6am January 19 to 6pm Thursday January 29, 2026. Commercial fishing may be conducted with SETLINES ONLY, sturgeon caught with platform gears (H&L, hoop nets, set bag nets) may not be sold, but may be retained for subsistence.
