Ladies and Gentlemen,
We’ve decided that in the best interest of our communal health and well-being to cancel the 2020 Gorge Fisheries & Watershed Science Conference. A special thank-you goes out to the speakers that were all set to go, and also helped us weigh our options, over this last week. We’re looking forward to 2021, and to make up for it we may add a second day field trip option… (See, we read the evaluation forms!).

Presentations over the past years have spanned a broad range of topics relevant to the fisheries and aquatic resources--from research to implementation-- in tributary watersheds to and in the mainstem Mid-Columbia including: policy, planning and management; geologic hazards and climate change; Pacific lamprey research; water availability; dam removals; education and outreach; fish predation studies; hatchery reform and fish facility improvements; genetic research; fish passage and tributary habitat restoration work, and more. Topics represent the work of a broad spectrum of agencies and organizations.
