Yakama Nation Fisheries is seeking proposals from expert native vegetation maintenance contractors to award a one year vegetation maintenance services contract in support of salmon habitat restoration activities taking place in the Methow Subbasin in Okanogan County, Washington. Based upon the proposals received under this solicitation the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation will award an Indefinite Demand / Indefinite Quantity contract to the best quality bidder for the Scope of Work described within this RFP.

We strongly encourage all contractors submitting bids to get their hardcopy packages in the mail one week prior to the deadline to ensure timely delivery. It is also recommended that you email Annet Dillman (dila@yakamafish-nsn.gov) and Madeleine Eckmann (eckm@yakamafish-nsn.gov) a digital copy of the bid you have submitted as well as a copy of your certified mail certificate for proof of submission.
Additional Information:
- Davis Bacon Wages Apply to this contract. The winning contractor will adhere to the Davis Bacon rules and comply and submit all necessary paperwork to the Yakama Nation.
- The Yakama Nation is exempt from state taxes on this project. Please see the attached Treaty Fishery Exempt Cover Letter and Treaty Fishery Exempt Certificate. The winning contractor will receive signed copies for their records.
