Yakama Nation Fisheries is seeking proposals from regional vegetation restoration specialists to award a one year vegetation restoration services contract in support of salmon habitat restoration activities taking place in the the Upper Columbia Basin in Chelan and Okanogan Counties, Washington. Based upon the proposals received under this solicitation the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation will award Indefinite Demand / Indefinite Quantity contracts to the best quality bidder(s) for the Scope of Work described within this RFP.

We strongly encourage all contractors submitting bids to get their hardcopy packages in the mail one week prior to the deadline listed above to ensure delivery. It is also recommended that you email Annet Dillman (dila@yakamafish-nsn.gov) a digital copy of the bid you have submitted as well as a copy of your certified mail certificate for proof of submission.
Additional Information:
- Davis Bacon Wages Apply to this contract. The winning contractor will adhere to the Davis Bacon rules and comply and submit all necessary paperwork to the Yakama Nation.
- The Yakama Nation is exempt from state taxes on this project. Please see the attached Treaty Fishery Exempt Cover Letter and Treaty Fishery Exempt Certificate. The winning contractor will receive signed copies for their records.
