Yakama Nation Fisheries is seeking proposals from regional contractors to award a Large Woody Debris (LWD) procurement contract in support of salmon habitat restoration activities taking place in Toppenish, WA. Based upon the proposals received under this solicitation the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation will award a contract to the best quality bidder for the Scope of Work described within this RFP.

It is also recommended that you email Loverne George (dila@yakamafish-nsn.gov) and Madeleine Eckmann (eckm@yakamafish-nsn.gov) a digital copy of the bid you have submitted as well as a copy of your certified mail certificate for proof of submission.
Additional Information:
- Davis Bacon Wages Apply to this contract. The winning contractor will adhere to the Davis Bacon rules and comply and submit all necessary paperwork to the Yakama Nation.
- The Yakama Nation is exempt from state taxes on this project. Please see the attached Treaty Fishery Exempt Cover Letter and Treaty Fishery Exempt Certificate. The winning contractor will receive signed copies for their records.
