Project abstract:
Yakama Nation Fisheries is seeking bids from regional contractors to award a construction contract for a fish screen project in support of steelhead restoration activities taking place in Toppenish, WA. Based upon the bids received under this solicitation the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation will award a contract to the best quality bidder for the Scope of Work described within this RFB.

We strongly encourage all contractors submitting bids to get their hardcopy packages in the mail by May 12, 2025 to ensure timely delivery to our Post Office Box by May 19, 2025. Please also email Loverne George (geol@yakamafish-nsn.gov) a digital copy of the bid you have submitted.

Davis Bacon Wages Apply to this contract. The winning contractor will adhere to the Davis Bacon rules and comply and submit all necessary paperwork to the Yakama Nation.

The Yakama Nation is exempt from state taxes on this project. Please see the attached Treaty Fishery Exempt Cover Letter and Treaty Fishery Exempt Certificate. The winning contractor will receive signed copies for their records.
