Yakama Nation Fisheries is seeking proposals from regional contractors to award a one year indefinite demand / indefinite quantity construction services contract for piezometer installations and groundwater pump tests in support of salmon habitat restoration activites taking place in the Wenatchee, Entiat, and Methow subbasins within Chelan and Okanogan Counties, Washington. Based upon the proposals received under this solicitation, the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation will award the contract to the best quality bidder(s) for the Scope of Work described within this RFP.

Please note that bids will be due in Toppenish by Close of Business Thursday May 15, 2025 in hardcopy form. Only hardcopy proposals submitted to the Yakama Nation Fisheries office will be accepted. Bids should be mailed to:
- Davis Bacon Wages apply to this contract. The winning contractor will adhere to the Davis Bacon rules and comply and submit all necessary paperwork to the Yakama Nation.
- The Yakama Nation is exempt from state taxes on this project. Please see the attached Treaty Fishery Exempt Cover Letter and Treaty Fishery Exempt Certificate. The winning contractor will receive signed copies for their records.
