Yakama Nation Fisheries is seeking proposals for an indefinite demand / indefinite quantity Large Woody Debris (LWD) procurement contract in support of salmon habitat restoration activities taking place in the Wenatchee, Entiat, and Methow Watersheds. Yakama Nation Fisheries requires stable and predictable LWD supply and delivery for large scale habitat restoration actions being planned and implemented under separate fixed bid contracts. Based upon the bids received under this solicitation the Confedrated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation will award a contract to the best quality bidder for the Scope of Work described in this RFP.

We strongly encourage all contractors submitting bids to get their hardcopy packages in the mail by May 7, 2025 to ensure timely delivery to our Post Office Box by May 14, 2025. It is also recommended that you email Annet Dillman (dila@yakamafish-nsn.gov) a digital copy of the bid you have submitted as well as a copy of your certified mail certificate for proof of submission.
Additional Information:
- Davis Bacon Wages Apply to this contract. The winning contractor will adhere to the Davis Bacon rules and comply and submit all necessary paperwork to the Yakama Nation.
- The Yakama Nation is exempt from state taxes on this project. Please see the attached Treaty Fishery Exempt Cover Letter and Treaty Fishery Exempt Certificate. The winning contractor will receive signed copies for their records.
