Starvation Flats Phase 3 Meadow Restoration - RFB

The Yakama Reservation Watershed Project is requesting bids for the Starvation Flats Phase 3 Meadow Restoration Project to be implemented in Summer 2026. The meadow is located within the Yakama Nation closed area. The project will involve all work elements and specifications found in the Project Plans attached to this bid packet.

If interested in the award of this contract you must attend the only pre-bid site visit scheduled on Friday November 14, 2025. The group will leave from the Fisheries Resource Office (4690 SR 22 Toppenish, WA) at 10:00 AM. Please RSVP by November 10th.

Request for Proposal – MUST BE MAILED AND EMAILED TO BE CONSIDERED.

By the close of business on Friday December 5th, 2025 at 5:00pm PST, each contractor that wishes to be considered must have completed and submitted to the Yakama Nation a signed hardcopy of the Project Bid Sheet along with all required supporting documentation.  Please specify in writing on the bid sheet that prices will be valid for at least 180 days.  All competitive bid materials must be sent by parcel delivery service or postal mail to:

Please note that timely hard copy submittals are a requirement for a proposal to be considered competitive. Any digital submittal received with no associative hardcopy submittal by the RFP deadline listed above will be discarded as invalid.
