Winthrop Field Office Cleaning Services RFP

Yakama Nation Fisheries is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to award a one year contract for office cleaning services for the Yakama Nation Fisheries Upper Columbia Habitat Restoration Project field office at 2 Johnson Lane in Winthrop, Washington.  Based upon the proposals received under this solicitation the Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation will award a cleaning serivces contract to the best quality bidder for the Scope of Work described within this RFP.

Please note that bids will be due in Toppenish by Close of Business Wednesday, April 20, 2022 in hardcopy form. Due to COVID-19 pandemic impacts only hardcopy proposals submitted through the Unites States Post Office to the Yakama Nation Fisheries Post Office Box will be accepted.  Bids should be mailed to:

Due to pandemic related submittal constraints, we strongly encourage all contractors submitting bids to get their hardcopy packages in the mail by April 13, 2022 to ensure timely delivery to our Post Office Box by April 20, 2022. It is also recommended that you email Annet Dillman (dila@yakamafish-nsn.gov) a digital copy of the bid you have submitted as well as a copy of your certified mail certificate for proof of submission.
